A motorcyclist has died and three others are seriously injured following a crash between three motorbikes and a car.
The collision happened on the A36 at Knook, near Warminster, at about 10:30 BST on Saturday, with one of the motorbikes carrying two people, a Wiltshire Police spokesperson said.
The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 60s, died as a result of his injuries, while the other three remain in hospital.
A road closure between Deptford and Heytesbury will remain in place into the early hours of Sunday, the force said.
Drivers have been advised to seek alternative routes and avoid the area.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have dashcam footage is asked to contact police.
